• Film the pitcher from the side, allowing the video to show pitching mechanics from start to end. If you can’t get a side view, then view from the catchers perspective.

• Keep video “tight” on pitcher, no need to have catcher in video. We just need to see the windup and or from the stretch.

• See video to the right as an example of optimum camera angle.

• Make sure to throw all your pitches and indicate (to the catcher) what pitch is being thrown (using glove), we should be able to see that.

• Keep video about 10 minutes in length.
