Pisciotta Baseball Academy – Building Pitchers the Right Way
At Pisciotta Baseball Academy, pitching development is not casual instruction — it is professional preparation. Our program offers multiple levels of development designed to meet each pitcher’s commitment level and goals:
• Video Analysis & Written Assessments
Pitchers can upload video of their delivery from specific angles for detailed mechanical evaluation. Each submission receives a comprehensive written assessment outlining strengths, flaws, inefficiencies, and correction strategies. This is not generic feedback — it is structured, professional analysis designed to create a clear development plan.
• Lifestyle & Mental Performance Sessions
Becoming a high-level pitcher goes beyond mechanics. We address preparation routines, strength and recovery habits, in-game mindset, recruiting awareness, and what it truly means to live like a serious athlete. Success leaves clues — and we teach pitchers how to adopt professional habits early.
PBA will develop a throwing program for you. Program will be developed based on the pitcher’s pitching schedule. This will be down in weekly increments and in dally contact to update the program based on health, weather or any other issues that change the program.
• 1 Full Month Of Scheduled Throwing Programs
• Will Provide In Weekly Increments To Ensure Accuracy Of The Program
• Will Update Program If Weather Or Any Other Instance Alters Program
• In-Person Instruction
Hands-on training sessions provide real-time adjustments, drill progression, arm care guidance, pitch design, and customized throwing programs. These lessons focus on building efficient mechanics, increasing velocity safely, sharpening command, refining grips, and teaching pitchers how to attack hitters with confidence and purpose.

This is comprehensive mentorship designed to prepare pitchers for college and professional opportunities.
